Who Is Ryan?
There’s no place like home
It’s difficult to recognize how much you enjoy your hometown until you leave it. That’s how Wichita was for me. Born and raised on the west side of town, I remember when the bustling northwest was nothing but farmland. Like many of my friends, I attended a university outside of the state. But after four years in the Springfield, Missouri area and a number of outings to other cities, I came to realize how much I really loved Wichita, Kansas. Ashley, my wife of four years and my high school sweetheart, followed me to Southwest Baptist University in Missouri. Or more accurately, I followed her! I graduated cum laude with a B.S. in history and education. After returning to Wichita, I toyed with several career ideas before I found my element – the financial services industry.
The power of partnership
After extensive study, training and licensing, I opened a financial practice with a successful independent firm, namely Strategic Financial Concepts, Inc. I have the privilege of working with 25 firm associates who all bring an untold amount of skill and insight to the table. Instead of operating as stand-alone advisors, we’ve committed to “pooling” our expertise and abilities for the benefit of our respective clients and each other.
I love what I do
The most rewarding part of my career is seeing clients succeed. In our society we honor the work of doctors and teachers because of the good they do for people – and rightly so. But we rarely note the impact of a competent and caring financial advisor. I love helping individuals become steadfast providers for their families, themselves, and their communities.
